I had my mind set on getting a Huawei Mate 20 x Because of it's screen size. To still be in the running after 2 years is awesome. Over the note 20 ultra That's one hell of a comparison and I love Samsung. You know there's a used site due electronics are sold new and and used called swappa. Com on here is free to join and you can subscribe to the phone of your choice right now this phone is $495 but it expends on the seller.. It normally ranges from $460 to $690. So if anyone in the market for this phone tell them to visit this site first because you may get it cheaper than the other sites.

I used to upgrade my phone every 12 months. I've now had the mate 20x for 2 years and it is still going great. Great battery and still really smooth. I will keep this phone at least another 12 months unless there is a new large flat screen phone with a great camera (must have Google play store though).

This was my best phone until now, i have also Samsung Note 20 Ultra, but if i have to sell one i will sell the Samsung because this Huawei is awesome...

You need to downgrade 10.1 to 10.0, then 10.0 to 9.1 then 9.1 to 9.0
So need to downgrade a few times....

I still use this phone tell this day my brother has the s20 ultra and I play genshine impact on his cellphone and my mate 20x I can say honestly long hour gaming session on the s20 ultra playing on lowest setting 60fps i get about 3hrs before 20% warning now on the mate 20x itw definitely long i can play 4.5hrs before 20% warning..... Both phone heat up in between 55°c to 62°c after about 10min so I use a cooling fan(dual fan)one of those grip attachment with a fan it will actually work and drop the temperature to consistent 42°c to 45°c for both phones which is amazing i high recommend getting a cooling fan(dual fan) honestly in the end I would say the huawei mate 20x still holds up to today's standards the price of it hasn't drop att all still about 600-700 which is crazy for a old phone but honestly I think its worth it if you game and like a big screen huawei mate 20x I the way to go the full list of games I play on my huawei is
Genshin impact lowest setting 60fps no BT controller support but huawei peripheral supported
GRID AUTO SPORT max setting ps4 controller supposrt
Assluto racing max setting BT controller support all brands
GTA SAN max setting BT controller support all brands
COD MOBILE max setting ps4 and Xbox controller support
Ride out heroes max setting no BT controller support but huawei peripheral supported
Survival heroes max setting no BT controller support but huawei peripheral supported
Huawei peripheral is a app developed by huawei for the BT CONTROLLER they make or license what ever when connected turns any game into a controller by placing buttons on screen that are on the controller can ONLY WORK with HUAWEI BT CONTROLLERS(betop h1, h2, g1)

Just downgrade from Android 10.1 to 9.0 pie by using latest version hisuite, due to bad ram management lead to auto kill background apps on Android 10.

If i wish to update to Android 10 .... Will my hwcallrecorder will be deleted from emui 9 ? ( hwcall recorder is not compatible with android 10 ; that's why i've downgraded it to android 9 earlier )

Best phone I have ever used. Not planning to change it unless a bigger flat screen phone comes out. I am daytrading on stock markets and big sreen has a huge advantage for me.

A patch on the last update came. Battery is solid but you can't expect it to be like brand new levels. A promo popped for battery replacement. I might just get one. I don't plan to upgrade to a new Huawei phone because of the lack of GMS.

But i feel pain in my hand using this mammoth a prolong time ( as it is heavy also)
200 gm weight is acceptable....
