Currently I hav... moreI have this device as my main phone and the camera is spectacular, excelent exposure, color, dynamic range and white balance, which is close to the P40 series in terms of quality (they have the same processing power and algorithm work behind it). This IMO is the Jack of All Trades phone and I've found workarounds to install almost all apps using APKPure and downloading apps directly from the Google Playstore using Evozi APKDownloader to get stuff like banking apps.

Hi, I need an honest opinion from you guys. Currently I have a Mate 10 pro wich still running smoothly ( Android 9) and want to upgrade to 30 ,not the pro ...... In terms of camera the quality it's such a big jump to take it without GMS or better option is Mate 20 pro that had GMS.I hope that anybody can answer,honest and not biased

Is the wide camera 27mm have sensor size 1/1.54"?
Mate 30 Pro is 1/1.7"

Please do not compare Huawei with Vivo. Youre comparing Apples to Oranges. No contest in terms of performance, build quality, cameras, battery life and longetivity. No disrespect but Vivo is a 3rd class brand in the mobile world.

Bought this after my Samsung S9+ tapped out on me. Camera is amazing. It is even way better than my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Night mode is unmatched. I also like the fact that the default camera app has a host of extensive features. I chose this over the Mate 30 Pro because I use the phone more on gaming and I need a flat screen but I found myself using this even more on my day to day mobile use over my iphone.

I think you're just comparing based on paper specs and not side by side comparing real photo production from these phones you mentioned. I had a Mate 9 Pro previously but broke it. Then I replace it with Huawei Nova 4; which is, the specs on paper is slightly better but I found out that it's not! The most significant difference is the photo quality. Now I've been craving to get one of the Mate or at least P series.. as long as there's Leica in it!
