AlaaSu, 23 Sep 2023Love this phone.. Already mate 40 pro in use 😁. I used Huawei P40 pro, and I greatly regret selling it.
Macro photos are AMAZING. Even battery life is soo good.
The technology that removes duplicates files from my system is also a piece of cake !!! Would love to get another Huawei phone !!

iPhone Cameras now shoot 24 MP photos, instead of 12 MP which I have been asking for a long time! 4 years ago, I realized that 12 MP 4:3 cameras are obsolete. 4:3 images fit nowhere. Apple took the step first to shoot 24MP images from a 48MP, 4:3 sensor and I hope there will be 4000x6000p, 24MP and 8000x12000p, 96MP flagship sensors very soon.

hope HW is wise enough that not to take the spanish or germany bait....
if really go global again
just focus on asian market is enough

On the other hand, if HW sells tens of millions of mate60pro in China, Apple and Samsung, the big guns, will re-think investing cash into satellite calling and make it real, as they have no problems with Europe or US sanctions and bad political clouds above their heads.
What I hope is mate60pro sells like coockies in China and make others think
mate60pro for europe is no go because all these sanctions.. all the videos opening mate60pro finding some interesting chips inside.. which I would buy don't get me wrong I would buy the phone, but Europe getting this licencsed with US in their back watching ? no
pre 2019 I used only HW devices, then Oppo, now Nokia made Oppo go away from europe, I ended up with Iphone
maybe considering buying mate60pro or 15 pro max

what I think is the western want the satellite tech inside the mate60 pro but dont want to use chinese satellite...so I guess this device can only use european satellite
I just heard HW had suspended the satellite calling function in mate60 pro outside China.
so I guess it is acceptable for HW to develop a european version mate60 pro using european tech and HW satellite tech ,which can only use european satellite..
and HW sure want to make big money from the subscription too..
but as for north america .it is too risky for HW to do business with
let see what HW and the chinese satellite company will do in the future
expand the business outside China or not

Huge fan of the Huawei phone... moreYou are 100% correct, people sanctioned Huawei will be hurt the most (financially), I told this in 2019, now it gets stronger to reality and stronger. You put a man into dead end road and what do you expect ? they stop ? no, they overcome with genius and the return is worse than not puting them in this position at all in 1 st place.
About satelite calling - do anyone think if a person buys everything it needs in China (subscriptions and so on) it will work in south east Europe - it's not too far away from China and you can't do satelite coverage exactly to the borders of China, if a pure China device is in range no matter it's not inside China.
The other problem is with the subscription ... if it's doable from distance (I mean I can't go to China for a week only for this to do), the process of activation, fees and so on, for not chinese speaking/reading/writing person.

If you potentially buy Chinese model nad use it in Europe, but buy this satelite subscription only and if you get coverage from these satelites you probably gonna use the function too ? The phone is not on sale here, but you got it from China and buy a subscription. Yes, the coverage is only in China by those satelites, but they can't exactly do areas, it spreads :)

This new Huawei phone does even support any bands now even satellite calls all over the world. The best phone in the world you can buy now and don't worry about CIA eardrop on the call or texting too.

Many Mate 60 Pro users updated (Harmony OS version 4.0.0.116) found that the Kirin 9000S under the new system was unlocked and the number of CPU cores was identified as 12 cores. (2+6+4)
If it's true, as it seems, we can assume that the 5G Baron, 1st reconfigurable modem can be unlocked for a 5.5G (5G-A) in the future.

.. and , measurements are not main, do not own the phone (but certainly will, it's an epic phone), I'm in a Tech field from the early '90s professionally.
