Some people asking for removable battery???? Come on! It's 2015!!! There are plenty of portable battery banks! Those are extremely better than a removable battery.
Besides this, the Mate 7 hardly ever gets dried out of battery juice, so the we can expect the Mate 8 to be even better.
Huawei is going rock solid in their offerings. I hope they continue to do so.

My previously owned p6 received multiple firmware updates not neccesarily in android version BUT upgrades in FUNCTIONALITY. Last major one introduced new functions as call recorder, remote control via wifi w screencast, new lockscreen controls etc. And it received them even after the 1st year mark unlike other big names out there.
I've even tested the service unwillingly when i've bricked my P6 and they exchanged the motherboard inside with no questions asked. So, Huawei gained my respect and now I have the P8 wich, by the way, recieved 2 updates so far.

I even had a tablet that was advertised to have kitkat installed, and it shipped with Jellybean. To this day, it still doesn't even have kitkat.

I own a Nokia Lumia 1520, also 6 inch, and it is huge, it is like a Iphone 6 Plus.
When you are used to having one, u simply don't want to change to a smaller phone but yeah, sometimes it's a bit unpractical
