After the 7.0 update, my battery is draining like crazy...normally I charge in morning and battery lasts the whole day. After 7.0 update. I need to charge in mornings and night as well.
Seems like it was not worth it to update, i don' like the EMUI 5.0 either and I hate charging my phone twice a day. Any suggestions?

Wow i am so lucky.today i got andriod 7 nougot updates today from huawei.i install the updates my fone ia working more awesome now.camera is more smooth.and lots of much more.beautiful.love u huawei

Huawei is treating Africa with disdain, just like all the other phone manufacturers. When updates are released, is always the African users who get updates last. Really? Africa is one of your largest markets and yet we are looked down on. Wake up, Huawei. I can't wait for Nokia. They treated the region with a little more respect. I hope they continue

Hey guys i stay in the gulf and i got the update... It is smooth now... I feared the changes before the update... But not now.... the only catch is the user interface isnt that appealing... Eg.. the dialing pad look.. now the notification icons is not scrollable from left to right.. its just merged to one... But this is as thin strip now instead of three rows... Which i feel was handy for smaller palm people.

i bought my mate 8 from... moreYesterday morning I tried through the hisuit I could not find the update. Then afternoon I tried through OTA then I find it.
Maybe your turn will come soon. Really excellent job from Huawei. Smoother than before.
