Mate 8, 21 May 2016I am from Malaysia.I am using L29 version.Actually Mate 8 i... moreMy one before update B180 was also L29 B162 but I didn't notice any big change after update in battery life but not sure for a lil change .I used g7 too the battery was amazing with 3000mah comparing to 4000 mah but I know g7 got 5.5"screen with the resulotion of 720×1280 instead of 6"with1920 pix but not bad

I like huawei too much and I m not a brand addicted n conscious cause I like what is good and worth of buying , I like mate 8 from head till toe..... like every thing about it and really it worths .people who complain as u said r only allergic from huawei

I have installed B180 update yesterday and I feel the battery drain faster than before (B162) I have L29 version. Can i revert back to my old biuld to gain the old battery performance??

I find the criticism of the Mate 8 UI to be completely bizarre. I have Marshmallow installed on mine and the user experience is by far the best, easiest and cleanest I've experienced on any Android phone, and I've had many. This phone is simply sensational even compared to the Samsung S7 that I also own. Excellent UI performance, great battery life and absolutely nothing wrong with the camera - the screen is one big beautiful thing. I think reviewers typically have a problem with Huawei because it's a Chinese brand - I'll be buying Chinese from now on.

[deleted post]I am from Malaysia.I am using L29 version.Actually Mate 8 is very good,very fast and smooth,just the battery concern.The 4000mah battery is attractive,but...I had Honor 6 as well,the battery is only 3100mah,but very long lasting compare to Mate 8...
