I am planning to get this phone mat be next week. I am done researching about its specs, prons and cons, and whatsoever negative and dislikes opinions about this phone. I dont care about the negative comments, Huawei is Huawei! Third largest phone company in the planet. good thing about huawei is you are paying the specs not the brand name. And if you are looking for a better camera just by canon or a nikon one ahahaha. If you are looking for an amoled screen buy a smartTV! Ok, We know that we cannot please all of you and we can accept the fact that mate 8 is not yet the best phone ever, But i can say Huawei mate 8 is a superb phone. Not number one but it is above average smart phone.

Can someone link me a place where I can buy one that works with verizon? Trusted website. I'm very interested in this phone and I keep seeing varying specifications such as a 3gb ram model and ones with 3200 mAh battery.

RG, 20 Mar 2016You can not spend 650 euro on a phone that shoots worse tha... morePlease....Enlightened me...how does a 5 years old phone with a Quad core processor with 8MP camera with 1GB Ram, and 16GB Rom and 4.3 Version of Android and 4.7" Screen size, 720p resolution screen, micro SD card slot support just up to 64GB, 2800mAh battery, without finger print sensor...without dual tone flash, mobile is better than Mate 8?????? Please....point out the bad part on this phone and Enlightened my stupid mind.......

Anyone been able to move/install APPs in the external SD Card ? I haven't th option in any APP...
Also i though Android 6 was supossed to support SD cards to format them as "Internal Storage"...don't know about other phones, but i can only format it and make it the default location for data...but not use the card as "internal storage" or install/move APPs to the SD card. I have a Lexar 64 GB Lexar 64 gb uhi-s.
The card is recognized without problems.
I also downloaaded the extensive manual from Huawei site, and there's no mention about this.

Rumor is not a fake. No one can shoot in low light with the phone, unable to focus. Everybody returns phone so far. Shame Huawei !

My number one priority is a mobile that will last all day long even if i try to kill it it just wont happen.. 2nd a big screen with a not so larg to handle since im into multimedia and gaming.. 3rd no heating issue.. 4th speed and power lag free.. Mate 8 got all i need i choose between s7 over this phone but the s7 is sometimes lag in ui even it is powerful i dont know why, but in mate 8 damn i can't make this phone slow down.. Camera? It is above average it can take good picture but there is other which are more superior but hey im not into serious photography.. I want speed power good battery.. Im happy already with the camera it can deliver..

jz bought this phone, seriosly the camera performance is disampointed. its focusing slow / cant do macro shooting.....my existing 1 year old p8 max camera is far better. focus faster & macro shooting no problem.
