Pedometers and Call recorders do not work on this Mate8, but works on Mate 7. I upgraded because of 64gb. I assumed upgrade would be better, and now I m disappointed. Hoping Huawei brings an update to solve this problem.

You can answer or reject calls with a single tap on the screen. No need to swipe anymore! Very simple and convenient!

I've compared the display on the Huawei Mate 8 to my Nexus 6 and Note 5. When looked at side by side you can see just how bad this LCD display is. Doesn't even come close to the AMOLEDs.
Huawei doesn't even come close in build quality and reliability compared to other Android flagships. Check the Huawei forums and see the thousands of complaints regarding electronic failures. The displays go out, the mobile radio antennas go out, the speakers become tinny and eventually fail. Huawei has a long way to go, but for now it's just another garbage Chinese brand.
