AnonD-708894, 18 Oct 2017should i buy mate 9 or s8 plus want nice batteryI don't know about S8+ but Mate 9's battery is really great. 6 hours of SOT without power saving mode on, with 80% brightness and both connectivity on (wifi & 4G), plus my LG smartwatch is connected to the phone. With power saving mode you can reach 7h of SOT without any problem. Before Mate 9 my phone was SG Note 4 and SOT was 3 - 3.5h (I was able to get 5h of SOT when battery was new and the phone was in the stock/factory state, so almost no apps installed).

Awesome phone- glad to see IR in a phone... can basically control any non smart device that uses IR. only down side is the battery only lasts me a day but that's because of how much I use it. Recomended

Hi everyone. Need help please.
Ever since the latest update, my Facebook, games and any applications that I am using suddenly crashes completely.
For example, while playing clash of clan, it will just close automatically and makes me restart clash of clan again. Same with fb and any other apps.
Well, it doesn't happen all the time.
In a day, atleast 5 to 10 times.
Its very annoying.
I currently have b194 with the latest update few days ago.
Please suggest any solutions to this.

Mate 9 touch screen not functioning correctly:
Mate 9 MHA-L29C636B181 - In one hand operation - left hand only - it works fine, in full screen landscape in works well with most apps, it appears to be a software issue - when the 'layout bounds' are turned o in developer options the phone woks perfectly - except of course there are lines around all touch points!
any suggestions!!!?

i got a. lg v10 because i needed 2 sim plus. extra sd card and high performance camera .... it died after 1.year and is cumbersome to handle power and volume buttons... photos are atrocious and camera lags...... and my old mate 7 gave much better pics and reliability

App Twin / Dual App has some issues in Mate 9. Pls remove anyone one WhatsApp / facebook if you have 2 accounts in your mobile. Then it will be alright.

I have a question. It was a new update to 182 because the battery power dropped high and it was already charging for 20 minutes, but now it's 1:30 minutes long. There's a new update or Android 8 for this phone, thanks to Hamed of Iran.

Hi, I updated my Huawei Mate 9 last month, but now I encounter two problems. First, whenever I scroll through Facebook and in the mid of reading something, my phone will flicker and return to its home screen. Second, my rear camera used to have 20mp quality picture. Now with the update, it's only 12mp. Is it normal? Please guide me, as I need my phone at it's best conditions for our coming trip. Thank you very much.

I'm using this device as my primary unit and used google launcher in it. google weather and clock widget does not work. the only way you put clock widget is to use Huawei launcher. that sucks. i love the loudness when earphones plug in it tho it doesnt have any built in equalizer, it does great already.
