taz 7, 19 Mar 2017my friend got the mate 9 but is complaining about the phone... moreI've had Mate-9 since December and its the coolest phone I've ever used. Never heats and fully recharges in 90 minutes for 2 days of usage.

taz 7, 19 Mar 2017my friend got the mate 9 but is complaining about the phone... moreMy Mate 9 still remains really pretty much cold to touch, no matter how heavily I use it. Charging the battery does warm it up a bit, but only warm - not even remotely hot. I guess I was lucky, then. My unit seems flawless so far.

Buyer beware situation in the USA. The product is nice, but crippled in comparison to the international model. The part about owning a Mate 9 in the USA, is customer/ technical support....these people do nothing, they know nothing....in comparison to the European support team who are by far much better. Why do get the bum options in the USA??

Raul, 15 Mar 2017When i Play Games or Have video calls or even using Youtube... moreI'd reset the device, if it doesn't help - get it repaired. My Mate 9 barely even heats up while using it. Most of the time it feels cold.

I get my replacement set from center due battery percentage stuck during used and charge..my replacement set also having same problem..why like that..

Can anyone tell me why my ' Sync Contacts ' is totally disappeared from my gmail account ? I checked my permission management, I clicked every permission needed by gmail and contacts still missing from my gmail account.

When i Play Games or Have video calls or even using Youtube for a while the phone over heat .. is it a normal thing or i should take it for service check ... it is not like a normal warm of using apps, actually it gets heated up and i can feel the heat on the screen and at the back of the phone ... appreciate your advice.

Any tried the Huawei Health app (running, cycling, skiing??) that comes with Mate9 or any 3rd party GPS tracking app that plots a track off road? The Mate9 seems to be unable to track correct distances when the device is moving around? Distances overclocked by over 100% with many jumps in position fix- a major design fault perhaps? I'd be interested in other users experience? Using build B158.

Night-time pics aren't exactly the best ones out there, but okay in my opinion. Not that I take a lot of pictures at night. Phone doesn't really even get hot, remains warm at it's worst. Check out the bending test on YouTube, this phone is pretty well built.
