Has this phone got double tap to wake like the HTC 10 and LG g5,I am very interested in this phone but I always need double tap to wake the screen

AnonD-640155, 31 Jan 2017Hi I bought huawei mate 9 from china.. There is popup notif... morego to setting then go battery then go close app after screen lock you select apps who did not close after screen lock.. you also go phone manager find lock screen cleanup.

Thought I would love Moto more but I compared them side by side. Battery on z drain much faster cause it's smaller. Display is qhd on z but I tried to see the difference and I can't. On z colors look a little bit more alive but white is better on mate 9. Messenger app is white background and it looks better o. Mate. Camera is weaker on z eaven with 1.8 aperture. Speaker is way louder and better quality on mate. Z has a nice design. 5 mm thin. No headphones jack. It's stock Android. But you can't update contact app and dialer app. It's restricted to Google phones only. Boath are good devices but when you try both mate 9 is a better buy.

Battery does not overheat even when charging. Screen is normal like any other phone. But in few days a update is coming and will solwe any problem if there is one. Camera is very good. Natural pictures,alot of options. You need to charge it every 2 days. Battery is long lasting

Its been 2 days since I am using this phone. Had Mate 8 before this. Huawei claims that Kirin 960 is more power efficient than Kirin 950. But honestly speaking, Mate 8 battery lasts much longer than Mate 9. It does not mean that Mate 9 battery is anyway poor, but Mate 8 wins here. Anybody finding it difficult to capture photos if there is a slight movement? I mean it seems to be impossible to capture my kids picture as they move a lot. Any suggestion guys?

When you open the app then you get notifications, important message every time delay OMG and one more thing fonts style apps in my phone don't have. Local set Singapore. Any idea user?

It's super fast phone no heating issues but 3rd party apps like whatsapp, Facebook etc, have delay in notifications.when you open the app then you get notifications, i think it's software problem.

I don't get the messages till i don't open these apps i chacked on internet and changed my settings many times, restore my mobile as well but it's still same. Very worried.. If this mate 9 can't get here fast may be P 10 can get here fast, they have the same specs and surely can work as smoothly as the mate 9 does. I have seen a video trailer of the P 10 and I bet you it is more beautiful than P9 and probably honor 8 too, hahaha.

I've been using mate 9 more than one month now and it's getting better every day as I'm getting used to. No problem at all, every function works perfectly, battery lasts more than one day and camera is good too if you learn how to use its functions correctly.

Aldo, 27 Jan 2017Hasn't it radio? it's trash.Take a look at the Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, HTC 10, LG G5, Huawei P9/P9 Plus, iPhone 7/7 Plus, Google Pixel/Pixel XL, OnePlus 3/3T and many more flagships do not come with FM Radio... these are the best phones out there and you complain about FM Radio? Are you for real? Move on and get a backup phone (like a midrange phone) so you can get FM Radio.
