I bought my Mate 9 from Dubai a week ago and I'm happy with it. Intersting phone with amazing features, perfect battery life, nice design, clear screen and sound. I'm a bit disappointed about the camera performance. A 20 mp camera should be better and the zoom is very limited.

But what important is optimisation in which mate 9 completely triumphed others. And camera??? DFENITELY BEST of all time. And display, not a 2k or 4k but human eye can't differentiate between them, so 4k display is worthless. And battery, DEFINITELY BEST of all. Best ever smartphone, best ever brand, this is Huawei, future champion of smartphone industry.

I have been interested in getting Mate 8 but looks to be out market. Have been googling to check on Mate 9. Seems impressive. But is it true that it does not come with FM Radio? It will be disappointing indeed!

Just bought mate 9 today in Kuwait from 189.900 KWD = $625.00 64GB Gold colour... Well I am not 100% satisfied but it is what it is. Dumping Note5 for now but I will always wait for new Galaxy Note 8 or whatever. This phone mate 9 is very fast but screen resolution and camera is not up to the mark. I have just bought it because I am using note 5 since last year. And I was fed up of that and wanted something new.

Well I had bought iPhone 7 plus and I own mate 9 as well
The feel of the building quality of iPhone is superb but hey that's all it has to offer if you compare both of these beast.
But don't get me wrong iPhone 7+ is one heck of a gadget and it deserves respect
Both phablets are awesome it's personal preference that what matters more to you
For this kind of level comparing both phablets will be unfair, both enjoy some serious skills and benefits it's the software which is determining factor here other wise the bar they both had set is standard and yet to be achieved by others

I like the design of this phone, and the camera. I am using P8 and the camera is excellent for still photos but bad for videos. This will probably my first and last purchase of huwaei phone due to privacy and security concerns. I am using kaspersky pro version and it's a bit annoying for me cause evey now and then kaspersky alerts me that my browser is not secured because the accessibility settings is off even if i turned it on, it will automatically turn off after a few minutes. I am using chrome browser. I don't know why it turns off automatically.

It's already end of November, and the mate 9 still not officially released in Germany and hence, on gsmarena website too, as usual to inform, released or not.
