But, otherwise with my experience, Mate 9 Pro is more stronger in terms of battery life, smooth and software, Looks also good. I like both, but prefer Mate9 Pro.

I got new Android orio / HMUI 8 update in Dubai on 11 Jan 17. Some screen / activities are simpler now. Dont find much other changes.

bee, 09 Jan 2018given that it has 4000mah battery, why does it drain so fas... moreme too experience battery draining dont know what is the cause.but facebook and clean master is draining app .download force stop app to stop auto restart app

given that it has 4000mah battery, why does it drain so fast though ? only been using facebook and instagram but the battery life only lasts me for a day.

SOME BAD NEWS FOLKS. Have to send this phone back to the seller. Talked to Huawei Tech people. There are no US versions of this phone available. I bought an international version without realizing it. International version, at least the one I got, WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR OREO AND LATEST EMUI.

Just a follow up to my post from yesterday. Can anyone tell me why the only way I can send text messages to any of my 115 contacts, is if I add the "1" to the front of their phone number. Never had to do this with any of my other phones. That "1" for dialing long distance is so passe.

the sound quality from earphone quite dissapointed because i hear treble but not bass sony phone better in sound quality .not sure install equalizer will fix this

Ok, I bought one. Just got the gold Mate 9 Pro today. Up until now I have been using an Honor 8 which I really like. But hold on folks. This site's review clearly states that there is an app drawer on the Mate 9 Pro. Not that I can find. That is one of the things I really liked about the Honor 8 over my previous phone, the Honor 6X which did not have an app drawer. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to activate the App drawer somehow. Other than that, the phone is absolute marvelous. Christ I thought the fingerprint reader on the back of the Honor 8 was fast. This thing is ridiculous. Sometimes I think I just have to wave my pinky over the thing and it opens. Anyway, if anyone has an answer for the app drawer thing, please respond. Thanks

charging speed so slow .stated 30min 58% 1 hour 90%.i only get 43 % 30min 77% 1 hour
