How many times it can be open and closed before failing the amoled screen? I think it is a important indicator.

Folded the Mate X is slightly larger in mm on two dimensions than the Note 8 , I would say yes this is pocketable.

Bashers Logic, 27 Feb 2019So you admited that your Mate X have a hard crease?It's just a normal physical theory. Same with fold a piece of paper. All these foldable phones will have a crease on the place they folded, including SAMSUNG Fold and HUAWEI Mate X.
Since the Mate X still not yet available for sale, I don't want to say anything about it regarding the crease.
But one thing I can say is, many smartphone sites already said that SAMSUNG Fold got a crease on the place it folded.

The Mate X is WAY too big when folded. Foldables are supposed to be pocketable and comfortable to use. Even if their design has many positives over Samsung's Fold, they got the most important thing wrong.

With great Leica optics, I prefer this one.
