As of Feb-25-2021 (9AM), the pre-orders for this phone are as follows:
- Huawei's official online shopping center (vmall): more than 3760000 units;
- JD: more than 930000 units
- Not sure of the numbers from the other two major e-commerce sites Sunning and Alibaba.
- Total: at least 4.6 million units.
The demand is way higher than the supply. Unless you pre-order, you are unlikely to get one. Even if you pre-order, there is still a good possibility that you will not be able to get one. To be on the safe side, you will need to pre-order it with a full payment, 18000CNY ($2770) and up.
It is a good thing to see such an expensive foldable phone in such high demand.

How would they be able to tweak zfold 2 flaws in less than 5 months? Think about that for a moment. zfold 2 front screen is still tall and thin like its predecessor unlike Mate X2 that looks like a normal size smartphone. The wedge design is so that you can comfortably hold it with one hand where the main cameras are. Huawei said that this design completely eliminate the crease problem only reducing it by 40%. Also small stones, sand and coins will have fun inside zfold 2 gap!

But with out goo... moreI switched to a s21 ultra from the p30 pro, biggest mistake of my life, I have already had to switch out the s21 ultra once for a replacement because the phone was overheating. if you are getting the Exynos 2100 I'd reconsider. I've had a terrible experience not to mention having to buy another usb C charger and if you use the huawei one don't be surprised if it takes over 3 hours to fully charge it.

One question, have you look at the pictures? yes the format is the same but have you noted that the screen does not have any gaps when is closed.....because the telescopy form of both parts.....that is not Samsung.......

I'll just wait for this technology to get commodified like the rest of the smartphone market. Apart from the screen (which isn't worth +$2000) it's the same as regular smartphone, so $300 with midrange specs (really no need to go higher these days) should be reasonable.

Huawei had very nice smartphones quality
But with out google the price too high
Now im using mate 20 pro but if i'll buy new one i prefer Samsung s21 ultra 👍👍👍

i use the Huawei from begging but now is too expensive for huawei without Google play and ..i think they must to think a little bit when they put this price anyway is a phone not a car or house...
