Thats insane that this processor had 12 cores. But for the next gen I expected Kirin to be able to record in 8K.

The term overkill is not maximizing the processor, not about how efficient it is.
In computers you don't need Core i9, RTX 5090 with 128GB of memory just to watch Youtube, same thing goes to mobile and yes there will be cons in it.
It's not smart to buy Huawei phones now because they're still in the beta phase from sanctions but some just don't care like buying iP16

Marco.1, 28 Sep 20247nm is enough for anything today, 3nm from Apple is a overk... moreThe process is about how efficient the cores run (less energy/heat used) and how many transistors you can fit in to a small space, nothing to do with what tasks you run, a 3nm chip will be more efficient than a 7nm chip.
Also apple doesnt own any fabrication, the 3nm they use is from TSMC and apple is even trying to monopolise that by getting 1st take of the fab and leaving other companies with the scraps, dirty practices but we allow and praise it for some reason.

Because with 1 universal os, it will be easier and faster to develop the ecosystem.

😂 Our shit also spied by Google,FBI etc ,,,, Huawei, 100% by next year ending become strong with thier own OS,,, US gov. and apples and Samsung successfully stopped the raise of Huawei by few years, but same time they gave an opportunity to HUAWEI to develop their own OS and CPU etc and become independent,,,, I wish all Chinese gaints stop using Google and come up with their own OS,by than only over price of mobiles will be controlled and become affordable.
I wish 7" inch cover screen tri fold with more than 8000mah battery will be under 1500usd by the end of 2025 from Tecno mobiles or nubia etc. 🤣

If you think Huawei deserved the sanctions just because they spied/stole people's data, then every damn company should be sanctioned. They all spy and they all use your data. There many other factors at play that led to Huawei being sanctioned, one of which is that they're a Chinese company, one that was thriving and growing beyond any other brand back in the days, thing that seems it didn't sit well with the US

The price very expensive to me, 2550 EUR(2,842.84 USD). But i think this price is reasonable than iPhone 16 Pro Max price with only a small upgrade. Let's all pray for Huawei to lower the price a bit or release a cheaper edition.
