Google services are already installed as the product was launched before the ban.
However don't expect any update except security patches unless USA removes the ban and the OEM decides to give update.

    Does it contain Google products in it as America blacklisted huawei ? If not how to download apps in it ?
    What About os? Had it recieved any updates?and finally should I buy it? Or not?

The latter one has much better performance. Kirin 810 is on par with Snapdragon 700 series which it definitely offers good gaming performance.

                          Very good design. Unfortunately it is running (May 2020) on Android 8, which in this case does not support multiusers. Huawei should at least update it to Android 9 (what it seems it the case of 8 inch version).

                                    Just bought this unit few days ago and I am disappointed that the graphic is poor. Especially if I play Cod, it gives me low graphic.... I am not sure if the Emui is still 8.0 thats why it cannot support the game to give better graphic details?

                                      N3XTD3, 23 Apr 2020Kirin 710F is also midrange. And Kirin 810.U can't expect too much from a midrange processor esp the one released 3 years ago. Kirin 659 is on par with Exynos 7904 or Sd 625.

                                        good device, 8/10 for design and resposivness, battery holds for two days on a single charge. although huawei has forsaken it, google treble is available. you just need to pay a small price to unlock the bootloader (blame huawei for this change)(just 4 euros). after this is quite easy to flash the latest Android 11 if you want to. good for reading, watching movies and moderate gaming. cant say that i regret buying it.
