Mine has Android 8/EMUI 8 and is still getting security updates. Currently on the July 2020 security patch. Would be great if it got EMUI 9 though.

I give this tablet 1 star. It's engineering is terrible. Here in Namibia it costs N$ 3 500. In that amount i can buy two Samsung cellphones much better than this shit. The tablet is not for calls. The person on the other end will struggle to hear u and u need to scream to the top of yo voice but it won't help. It's such a big phone but very little storage. Lock and home buttons are wrongly positioned. They can only allow u to work in landscape mode which is difficult because you have to stretch yo fingers over a wide keyboard. If u use in portrait it's either the camera face down or the buttons come at the bottom and u keep locking the phone and adjusting ring volume accidentally. The space key on keyboard is too close to the home button so u keep pressing the home but and that cancels the typing. Lastly, u can minimize apps on the screen but when u restore them, u lose the information u were currently on. For example u minimize YouTube, u come back to it, the video u were watching is gone u have to start all over again.

Really solid tablet. Specs are great for the price, its perfect for using it to watch videos and basic stuff. Good buy for the kids.

Really like this model. Only issue being the battery has now swollen (will be getting a replacement soon). Volume is not that great and if you use it a lot for videos etc. you definitely need head-phones, a Blue Tooth Speaker or one to connect directly. Despite these issues I am still happy as the video quality is excellent.

Great for watching videos and reading. Good battery life. I recommend it for a basic use. Price us affordable.

Have tried to transfer apps to sd card from internal storage... Impossible. Wish I had stayed with Samsung. Very disappointed

The device is great for watching series and movies. It is also good for reading online books and performing certain business tasks. The price is affordable and the device has solid features.

The tablet overall is okay.I only recommend it to people who dont care much about specs,people who are on budget.Cheap and conviniable.The camera is not the greatest but for the price its totally fine.Only recommed if you want to have it to watch videos,search the web,social media.Gaming on the other hand is not that great.It can handle most games and it surely isnt bad,but if you want to play newer and higher graphics games this tablet isnt for you.I have had it for 2 years and it still works fine.It does have a couple of scratches on the back but that is me just not really taking care of it.The battery life last for about 5 hours,so not that much compared to newer phones.Charging is pretty slow but not too slow.If i would to rate it iwould say it would be a 5/10.

Let's be serios. At these money u want buy a rocket? Spend minimum 300-400 euro to buy from samsung if u wish Something more good 🤗.
Price vs quality is ok.

Don't buy.
No upgrade from Huawei, locked bootloader, not possible to root.
Buttons are totally counterintuitive, micro usb upside down compared to almost anything else, camera placed in the wrong corner.
It's cheap, but still at waste of money.
