I came in in the middle of this...but how about something trivial causing problems.....a case that may be hitting a button? Maybe a screen protector that isn't sensing taps correctly or is damaged or has something under it putting pressure on the screen.... Sometimes its the little non technical things that can cause problems!

Really I don't know what made me respond... moreDude I am not against you. I understand that you have a totally different experience from using this phone compared to others. And I am not justifying the rude way people commented at your post. The fact is though that the Nexus unit that I own works to my satisfaction.If only one device is affected and you haven't flashed your phone means it could be a touchscreen related issue -ask for a replacement immediately. The phone is good, there are many reputed reviews of this phone on the internet that attest to this as well, but at the same time I do not say you are talking gibberish.
When you were talking about the square button shrinking the screen I thought you were saying the whole screen shrinks like in the Samsung note series,but you were talking of the app shrinking. Well that was my bad , you can close the app after pressing the square button by swiping the shrunken app to the left or right.
And the kids comment- I meant it. Just because you are older doesn't mean you can't just say that sentence without hurting the sentiment of a group- the same one you are asking the suggestions from.

Fastest updates ever!
Fluidity on its peak, no lag, no heat.

Nexus 6p is much better then note 5.

My fellow Nexusians---update your phone to 7.0.. battery is improved credits to doze-2.0.
very smooth transitions...more comfortable. especially the pull down notifications, recent apps switch, settings is more what we call" make sense"now.

please help me, 29 Aug 2016lg Nexus 5x and nexus 6p.both are good. it depends on your pocket... better than normal usage is 5x and premium, performance and price is 6p.

no phone is perfect. Any phone could have factory/hardware issues. get it repaired. and you are good to go.

Really I don't know what made me respond to your response, but only to clear up your responses.
I bought 3 nexus 6ps all at the same time from the google store - so unless someone slipped in knock offs? Only one of them misbehaves.
The phones have never been flashed by anyone.
On your main screen - your phone does not have a back symbol or let me put it this way on the bottom of your phones screen, a triangle, circle and a square symbol??????
And when you push the square button your current screen does not shrink??? And gives you the option to close that screen?
I did not belittle anyone - in essence I was attached, by an ill mannered child, that should have been taught some manners by his old father instead of his father mastering his phone, period.
Finally you can't blame people for acting on my post, what kind of logic and forum is this? My first post, and because it does not idolize the nexus 6p I am to be chastised and treated as scum and you can justify that?
Of course I could be in the wrong place, but it is for opinions, no? And stating the wrong opinion gets you tagged as a troll??
Sorry if this forum is so bias on its phones and posts it is not a very objective place to gain any reliable information.

sould i buy this phone? im looking a phone that i can use for 2,5 - 3 years without too much lag, a phone that dosent break if a drop it a couple of time, a phone that can handle heavy gaming, some apps and have good battery life. Im really comfusted between these two phone. I know that nexus 6p is amazing but i hate that it is a ridiculously big phones especially since I have small hands. But i love that it is a stock android phone with the latest uppdates. should i still go with it? the 32 Gb version cost 3989kr ( 474,92 USD)
