For huawei nova 5t and iphone 7 plus i would suggest the nova 5t.
First, chipset : Nova 5t is using kirin 980 while 7 plus is a10 bionic chip. 980 is better. Screen is bigger for nova 5t and nova 5t has 5 AI camera. A 48mp primary, 16mp ultra wide, 2mp depth and 2mp macro. The iphone 7 plus is only 12mp primary and 12mp telephoto. One thing to say is that 5t and 7 plus can zoom till 10x. Nova 5t sensor is big enough to zoom 10x, same as iphone 7plus. Nova 5t still has google so don't worry.
Conclusion : Huawei Nova 5t is better than iphone 7 plus and i recommend the nova 5t.

It's very very very smooooth. ✨ No framedrop, no lag, good camera, & very fast charging. 👌🏻I've been using this phone for almost a year now and it doesn't even lag even if my storage is almost full. This is the best phone I had so far ✨✨✨ no problem in playing very heavy games
I have ml, wild rift, cod and other heavy games yet it's still so smooth 💖
