This phone was such a great phone i almost have it for like 3 years and the performance of the phone is still top notch, it was my greatest phone up untill now but every good things come to an end one day, i will switch to Galaxy S23 this year i love smaller phone because my hands aren't that big, if huawei wasn't under the sanction of google, i would love to buy huawei for the rest of my life (=

I have a nova 5t from about 2 years ago. I use it with emui 12, and it works like a charm! I totally recommend upgrading, especially if you intend on still using this phone for a while!

Hi? Just want to ask if I should update my nova 5t emui to 11 and 12 or not. I can't decide since most of the opinions I see were mixed. Some says I should stop at 10. Some said its better. What should I do??

Really nice phone. I have mine for almost 3 years now and it's still fast and reliable. My only issue is the fact there will be no more OS updates for this model.

This phone is fricking amazing. No lag at all after 3 years, i change battery this month... It was still good but at 19h i was about 20% after all that time and now i am at around 50 60%... Phone is like new... I will maybe buy P50 or P60 for cameras, but i ain't selling this one.... It camera is also good. I hooe that Huawei will roll out harmony for this phone, specs camera wise it really deserves it....
Also, i hope that Huawei will be able to manufacture their own Kirin chips.... Because this Kirin is a blast....
I mean, they already have Kirin 990 5g better than this one, but tsmc won't make it 🙄🙄😏

Anonymous, 12 Mar 2023Is it still worth it to buy nova 5t now(2023)?Yes. I bought mine year 2019. and up until now i still use it. I can say that this is the phone I've been using the longest so far. This year it is still working smoothly. No lagging issues or anything.

I own an iPhone 11 Pro (512gb) and this Nova 5T and all i can say is i am absolutely in love with this Nova 5T. Performance is still top notch, playing heavy games like genshin still can get 60fps. Truly ahead of it's time. Very happy with owning this phone

And for the camera i compared it to a 2023 mid range phone and huawei nova 5t's shots are still better

Got this brand new in 2019ish when my p10 plus had charging issues. has google, battery works fine, I charge it twice per day, coz I use it heavily. no heating issues, no lagging issues. my memory has reached 96%, but still functioning well. probably the only cons would be it doesn't support 5g connection. 30mins charge time to get 50% battery, normally full charge takes 1.5 hours.
main camera 48, front camera 32 works much better than a 5g backup phone I recently purchased (who claims that it has 108 on the main camera).
video quality is only fine, gets blur when zoom in.
has nfc, dual sim, type c cable,compass.
