Hi! I just recently bought this phone Nova 7 se as my gaming phone. For 3 days i am using it i experienced eye strain and head ache. I have astigmatism. It is the first time i experienced this. I tried to turn off display animations, auto brightness, etc, but still i am having headaches and the feeling to vomit. I noticed that despite the autobrightness turned off, the screen still flickers too often, from low to suddenly bright or v.versa. The flickering is noticeable by my eye. My daily driver is an iPhone 11. No issues with that iphone. Maybe it's the sensor? Anyone having the same issue? Thanks

I owned this phone recently about 7 days ago.
What I fellt about this phone :-
gaming ( no problem , at High/ultra ) , little warm for 3 hours gaming ( Quite Good lol ) some version of other branded phones already hot at CPU after 10-30 minutes gaming at ultra.
My phone version are universal unlocked / Rooted , abit cheap from standard version.
its Original Huawei but rooted by factory unlocked , can use global simcard / easy install apk / formating / settings certain tweak ( for pro user ) / modding / apk / gaming.
if you want faster storage loading get faster writespeed micro sd like sandisk brand. Fast charging. Overall at entry level this phone win at many level for simple user like me. Battery full charge around below 20 minutes.
For camera , good no lagging , can capture fast without posing to hard.. :) hehe love the pre-settings of this phone. Easy to manage.
anyway that's all. btw Nova 8 almost coming by end of this year. maybe this phone will get cheaper by next year. Trust me , android phone always drop price like crazy around 1-2 years used.

What's causing me the dilemma is that I can get either of the phones at the same plan/price via re-contracting from my service provider. And knowing that the nova 7se much more expensive than the 5T right now is what's preventing me from getting the 5T. I don't actually think much about the gms thing so that's why I want to know if the 7se has really good cameras then I'll go get it then. Thanks again

Camera is about the same despite specs. Plus nova 5t has gms. Of course I didn’t Review it but thats my perspective

I just buy the this but the dual view function is the problem where my phone not use the main camera and selfie camera instead they use main camera and ultra wide camera. Is this have any solution cause I don't know what to do....

Wheez, 13 Jun 2020I saved so many progress on my games on my google account b... moreHuawei does have their own app store (Huawei AppGallery) like Apple got their Apple Appstore.
If you can't find the games you need in AppGallery, just go to APKPURE and you will find all games you need (PUBG, ML, COD etc...)
For Google account, you can add your Gmail account in Mail app of the phone so it will connect to your games (Same procedure with other devices).
I bought Nova 7 SE for my wife who plays PUBG a lot and no problem.
I'm even jealous so planning to buy one for myself too.

For me, Amoled screen is a deal breaker. I'm done with screen burn.
Amoled is not reliable in long term. I'm glad that Huawei still put LCD's in their phones.
Got few Samsung phones before with amoled screen and got screen burn after 6 months.
My wife got Samsung Note 8 and had screen replacement twice because of screen burn. After the warranty, she couldn't request for reparation anymore so she deal with it since then.
Now i bought her Nova SE and she's really happy with it. She doesn't want Amoled screen ever.
So those who's craving for Amoled screen, Yes it's a bit better but definitely not reliable.
Spend your money wisely.

Can someone please do a review or comparison between the camera of this phone and Nova 5T? Nova 5T camera is very good and I'd like to know if Nova 7se is better. Thank you.
