I bought my huawei nova 7i yesterday, and I've experienced a sudden shut down or draining of the battery from 33% it suddenly shut down. Is that normal? I only bought it yesterday so it's still new so why did I experience that? can someone pls help me? is there something wrong with the phone?

Good for gaming but not good for office work and daily use because no Google apps. I can't view my downloaded file in word, excel, pdf, etc. Is there anything I can do with this? I am starting to regret why I buy this phone.

you can download App finder in your app gallery which u can get all the apps you want over there

very bad phone - without google play service more apps not working
if you install apps from onother place like petal serch still more apps not working also
battery go fast not like huawei Y9 2019 was very good .
