Nova 7i is a good phone but Nova 5T is way better value for the money.
I'll be following through your points;
1. Best performance:
Nova 5T packs a Kirin 980 chipset; the same chipset that was in the last year's flagships Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. Inside the Nova 7i is a Kirin 810; a mid range chipset.
"Best gaming performance after Pocofone F1 - but with better battery & less heating!"
This award actually goes to the Nova 5T ; considering it's flagship level specs
2. Best camera:
Both the Nova 7i and the 5T uses a 48MP sensor, 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor but when it comes to the wide angle lens, the Nova 7i falls short with its 8MP wide angle lens before the 16MP wide angle lens of the Nova 5T
3. Most battery efficient & Least heating phone:
Nova 5T's Kirin 980 is also a 7nm chip which improves battery efficiency by 40% compared to the previous 10nm architecture. So pretty much the same as the Nova 7i if not better.
4. Extremely fast charging:
Now, I actually agree with this. Comapred to Nova 5T's 22W charging speed, Nova 7i's 40W charging speed is simply amazing.
4200mah battery of the Nova 7i is equally amazing so yea
5. 8GB RAM: Nova 5T

Wrong. There are actually more than a handful of really powerful phones with 8GB RAM from companies like Xiaomi, Oppo and ofc, Huawei;
Nova 5T comes with 8GB ram and a more powerful chipset than the Nova 7i's Kirin 810
6. LTPS Display:
"LTPS IPS LCD offers better viewing angles than IPS LCD.
It's even better than Super AMOLED Display."
True and True.
Although there's one known flaw of LTPS displays; They deteriorates faster than the standard IPS panels. So, compared to an IPS which can last for years and years and LTPS displays has a rather low life span. It's not as bad as AMOLED's burn in issues or PWM flickering which can cause mild headaches and dizziness. SO,
Choosing between Regular IPS vs LTPS is entirely up to usage and personal preference.
In my opinion, if you're planning to use your phone for at least 4 years, it's best to go with the regular IPS. And if you change your phone every year or so then it's safe to go for the LTPS.
Nova 5T has a Regular IPS panel.
7. It's easier to put it this way:
"If Huawei Nova 7i had Google Play Services, it would cost 200% more than it does right now. It's the closest phone to flagship phones in this price."
Nova 5T comes with full Google Play Services support and it doesn't cost 200% more than the 7i.
Also, I'd think Nova 5T, a phone with an actual flagship chipset would be much closer to a flagship phone than a phone with a mid-range chipset like the Nova 7i.

Stay away from this toy it's useless without Google items I hate Huawei now I have waisted my money if I'll know about Google ill never buy this phone

This is the best phone for anyone who understands that you can safely download & install almost all apps using APK Pure and other Google Play alternatives. It's a one-time process, so it's not much of a problem.
Here's how it compares to other phones:
1. Best performance:
- According to Notebook tests:
CPU wise, it's as powerful as Snapdragon 765G.
GPU wise, it's as powerful as Snapdragon 730G.
- According to Gsmarena tests, it's more powerful than:
Helio G90T phones like Redmi Note 8 Pro.
Snapdragon 730G phones like Samsung Galaxy A71.
- Best gaming performance after Pocofone F1 - but with better battery & less heating!
2. Best camera:
- The cheapest phone that beats its camera is probably OnePlus 6 for 63,000 PKR.
Read its official camera review by Gsmarena and check camera samples. It's literally way better than phones like Redmi Note 9 Pro/s, Realme 6 Pro, Galaxy A51, Pocofone F1 and so on.
3. Most battery efficient & Least heating phone:
- It has 7nm chipset, which heats much less & is much more battery efficient than other phones in this price.
Most of them have 10-12nm chipsets.
4. Extremely fast charging:
- 70% battery charged in only 30 minute - charges at 40W.
That's much higher than any phone in even twice its price.
5. 8GB RAM:
Nova 7i is the only phone that gives you 8GB RAM with a extremely powerful chipset.
- Other phones with 8GB RAM have very weak chipsets that can't even make use of 8GB RAM. So they only have it to trick people into buying them.
6. LTPS Display:
LTPS IPS LCD offers better viewing angles than IPS LCD.
It's even better than Super AMOLED Display.

Just received EMUI 10.1 Update. 1.5GB
So far performance is just a little better (because it has always been amazing). Like the multi window feature too.

This phone before the google ban is excellent. Unfortunately after the google ban it loses 50% of its value especially for people who are heavily reliable on google.

Otherwise it's just a toy with more specs.

I had bad experience about that phone. It have no Google services like Map snapchat etc and other online banking apps...
You just loss your money after buy that phone....
Its a flop set..

Use the phone as it is. If you are just clinging for Google services then Get out of your mind with this phone. Get another phone, another brand phone of your choice!

As a phone it has good battery backup, good camera and good performance... But it is waste of money... without Google services...

I first purchased this phone was for the configuration and the colour crush green.when checked it is not the same colour as advettised and i though huawei store will come strong by day by day adding new apps and games but nothing.
No updates or app updates then u can install any apps without any restruction all by ypur permission!!!
