The phone was in use 3.5 years, no complaints. But after restore e-mail which was not in use long time the phone requests PIN of 6 digits. Sim-card pin has 4 digits and works, but phone blocked. The PIN of 6 digest was never created /used . How it appeared and how deblock phone without loss of information ?

Dev, 07 Apr 2021It is a great phone however with the huge update its stuck ... moreIf you have unlocked bootloader and on twrp you can download the FullOTA from androidhost.ru an dload the update , if it does not succeed then you can force ti from twrp as well as a last resort.

What a load of Cra.......
Came with EMUI 4.1.3. WILL NOT UPDATE.
Contact Huawei who said do a factory reset. Selected ENglish language and UK as location.
Now no Google Playstore installed.
Browser is in Chinese and search for playstore waste of time.
Okay so got Opera mini installed and then searched for playstore.
Told it to download playstore in English and install.
The phone refuses to install saying app is not signed!
Everything I try to do is refused.
All I wanted to do was update to EMUI 8.
I tried to install hisuite on my Mac and then connect the phone by USB. It connected then told me I needed hisuite on the handset, download and install.
Install refused and fails.
AND SOME OF YOU USERS THINK THIS IS GOOD?

I've had this phone for more then a 3 years now. Bought it for 200€ in 2018, and for that money it really was worth it. Camera is nothing special, for that time and the money it was solid, photos are usable. Not the fastest phone compared to today, apps take a couple of seconds to load. Design of the phone is really nice, it's slim, the back is made of the glass and its flat. It doesn't look like a 200€ at all. I dropped it a bunch of times, and after 3 years the back glass is literally smashed (but I use a case now, so it's not noticeable :D), and on the front the are a couple of scratches, mostly on the edge of the screen. The speaker is really bad, and there is only one on the bottom, so if you want to listen to music/watch YT, I suggest using headphones. Screen size is 5.2'', but it's the perfect, anything over is too much and no practical for everyday use (at least that's my taste :D). And most importantly for a 200€ phone then, it had a fingerprint sensor, which is pretty fast even today.
In conclusion it was a great phone, for not a lot of money. But if anyone is looking for a phone to buy, there are much better and newer phones for its price (roughly 140€ in Europe today).

This phone hase problems after every other update the blothoth doesnt work the phone just freezes for no reason and you have to resart the camera isnt great even for 2017 when i got the pnone camera desnt ficus close objects. Can recomend the phone only for calling purpuses.

Bad idea since I am still running on Android 8. They did not update the OS further and that's a shame.

Got this phone for 3 years now, still amazed. Compared to the p40 lite the specs have gotten down I mean, both are mid-ranged phones but the p10 lite comes with glass back and aluminium frame and the p40 lite is all plastic. Guess that's what everyone does now.

Mobi, 15 Dec 2020Nice phone. Not disappointment till now.Ya dude, this phone is awesome! Paid Ringgiy Malaysia 99 (USD 25) to change the battery and hope it can last another few years. :) In fact I am replying on my P10 lite now! :)
