I'm not a heavy phone user but even on standby the battery life is not great at all! I bought it a few weeks ago and right now I'm almost regretting, still looking for a solution though.

-the p10 is faster overall
-the p10 has a slightly smaller body for the same size of screen
-the p9 has a better battery life
-the p10 has fast charging (the battery will charge a lot faster in the beginning, allowing for a on-the-go quick charge)

I own the p10 lite and I can recommend it to anyone who's thinking of buying a budget smartphone that looks great and deliver well. I was in the same situation as you but I went with the p10 lite .It looks way more better and fancier than the Samsung . Regarding the phone it self,I am a heavy social media user and I play some coc , war wings ,cr on it ...The battery is good ..The display is also good (I can see it with no problems under sunlight) ,the performance is great ( I haven't tried to play big games like modern combat 5 but I think it will do ok),Speaker is ok but it dilvers great audio when having a call ,cameras are excellent in day light ,they suffer in low light but I don't think the j5 camera can be better than it .

I'm using p10lite for 2 days. i have to say its very handy well build stylish phone. I love the look.
Camera in artificial lights sucks. But in outdoor light its awesome.
No lag, no heating issues juSt fine with every task. Thiz is my 2nd handset from Huawei.

Its a decent Phone snapchat crashes a lot and the screen break easily. It works fast, there are alot og bugs like the keyboard wont go away when u start the phone
