Impressively reliable and good quality phone.
Lasted for more than 4 years. It has an easy-to-use user interface that can be customised to every personal preference, the system was smooth without crashing until this year, as Android 9 gets older and slower.
The battery lasted forever as far as keeping the battery level charged between 30% and 90%, so the battery's health stays like it's new.
As Huawei phone no longer has an Android system and Google play service, have to move to other makes of smartphones.

I recently got a great deal on the Samsung s22 ultra and I took it. But I have yet to transfer my stuff to the new phone, because I simply love my old p20 lite which I got in 2018. For me (and my wife who has the same phone) this is the best smartphone we ever had. Almost 4 years later and it still lasts a full day with juice to spare, does everything we need it to do, is compact enough to fit in various pockets and, to my eyes at least, still very stylish. Not to mention that because it has microSD support it currently has more storage space than the new phone I got. Really the only reason to move to the new phone is that p20 lite has not received and security updates since January. And with all the stuff our phone carry nowadays, this is a big issue.

Bought it in May 2018 and it still works smoothly. But it's a shame it's stuck on Android 9, this phone certainly deserves a proper OS update.

Hello people,
I have been using this phone since April 2018. I didn't have any problems at all with this phone. Before it I had a samsung and a huawei and both didn't last more than a year. The only thing that annoys me is that I have to, the contacts application always shuts down when I enter it, so I have to enter it again to search. Now the battery has weakened a little, which is expected after 4.5 years. All in all, I think it's a great phone.

Lots of Apps now requires Andoid 11 and up. I wonder whether we can upgrade the EMUI , currently at 9

Had my P20 Lite for 3,5 years, and the touch function just upped and went on a hike and never came back, not sure why, annoyed me a bit, but was to lazy to do anything about it, so yay :D

Bought mine last 2018, its 2022 today and still works fine. I got small palm and this phone is just perfect for it.

I'm still using my P20 lite now for almost 4years. Now I'm looking for a new phone with bigger storage and additional camera features, like the ultra wide and stabilisation, but with less than 6 inches like this one since i have very little hands. 😂

I only lasted 2 months after receiving it. The iPhone 5s does a better job than that. You can still play many games with the iPhone 5s. When you click on the menu, you have to wait for it to open. While playing many games eg free fire, brawl stars, clash royale The device will overheat and freeze in those games. I do not suggest.
