Best phone i've ever had. Resistant, makes great pictures, very good at signal, battery still working good even now, after 5 years, working very good on the internet, working very good as GPS, very good music player (a very good companion in my car wherever i was). Also its design is very fashion even now, it is a very good business phone. Only good words for this phone. Way to go HUAWEY team!

This is the best phone I had so far. Bought in the spring of 2018, five years later, it still works perfectly. I dropped it countless times, only used a cheap tpu case and a hard screen protector, it has survived everything. The size is perfect, it's light and beautiful and it only cost me 300 EUR.

Probably the best phone I've ever owned, including several iPhones and newer Huawei. Still brilliant after 5 years of use, though battery life starting to fade a bit. I love it!

One of the best phones I have had. I've been using it for 5 years and I haven't had any problems. I bought a Samsung a34 and apart from the new Android, nothing is better than on the P20Lite...

you have to suffer, 04 Mar 2023was being curious about sound quality through its 3.5mm jac... moreI'm a music fanatic (fan and musician) and I don't have anything to complain about. Listening to music through headphones almost every day. Maybe the output is a tiny bit quieter compared to my previous phone (Galaxy S5) but it probably depends on which headphones I plug in or the album I'm listening to. Most of the time I don't listen to music at 100% volume and it's still loud and good.

Impressively reliable and good quality phone.
Lasted for more than 4 years. It has an easy-to-use user interface that can be customised to every personal preference, the system was smooth without crashing until this year, as Android 9 gets older and slower.
The battery lasted forever as far as keeping the battery level charged between 30% and 90%, so the battery's health stays like it's new.
As Huawei phone no longer has an Android system and Google play service, have to move to other makes of smartphones.

I recently got a great deal on the Samsung s22 ultra and I took it. But I have yet to transfer my stuff to the new phone, because I simply love my old p20 lite which I got in 2018. For me (and my wife who has the same phone) this is the best smartphone we ever had. Almost 4 years later and it still lasts a full day with juice to spare, does everything we need it to do, is compact enough to fit in various pockets and, to my eyes at least, still very stylish. Not to mention that because it has microSD support it currently has more storage space than the new phone I got. Really the only reason to move to the new phone is that p20 lite has not received and security updates since January. And with all the stuff our phone carry nowadays, this is a big issue.

Bought it in May 2018 and it still works smoothly. But it's a shame it's stuck on Android 9, this phone certainly deserves a proper OS update.
