A use Huawei honor p9 Lite a bought it by Takealot 3moths ago.but have following problems.What can a do about it?Ask them to refund it with Huawei p20lite or what tipe model of phone?
1)Screen Freeze when work on phone
2)when alarm go off morning can press anything does not stop.
3)Write sms on phone letters run back words must start sms write over.
4)Some time phone lost signal.
5)Making foto's bigger with fingers screen freeze .
6)working on phone screen freeze must push on off button get freeze of
7)go to internet screen flick and on whastsupp.
9)Put names on phone book letters run backwords must start again try put name tel no on phone book
10)Pointer speed setting does not work right
11)Hold phone in hand unlock screen phone go auto to other app
12)Charge phone green light for charging does not flick
13)Do factory default setting still have same problems

Huawei 3e, 01 Oct 2018Worst battery ever. Other are goodThe battery of the Iphone Xs or the Sasmung Galaxy S9 doesn't last any longer either.

Huawei not providing the regular Security Patches for the P20 Lite, not really know why they don't understand the Security vulnerability on the Handset level as well. Very poor for experience on this.

why not inbuilt auto call recording in this device?
plese tel me and when u updated this function in p20 lite.
now market in 4 to 5 thousands mobiles in providing call recording system.
but this phon in not provided auto call recording function.
