Fingerprint it does not work. Also both cameras does not take care picture. I try my best to clean them but it does not change.

Please the phone just switched off and can't switch on again but if you insert the charger it just show the charging symbol

I've been using this phone for around 3 years and 2 months. Battery capacity is not perfect but that's okay after 3 years of usage. There are no lags, except when i turn on more apps at once ( instagram, Spotify, bluetooth earphones, internet, etc).

The phone is outstanding.. Not even format from 3 years and my memory is always on the full just because of my usage but never lags. If u r searching for really best seflie camera.. Then go for it.. It has good features amongs all relevant models and brands..

I am using this phone for 3 years.. it's great but the only issue is its glass i think it's not a gorilla glass or dragontrail so i damaged it 3 times

Hello. I have been using my unit for about 2 years now. I noticed recently that one of the lenses (lower lens on the rear camera) does not work anymore (like I tried wiping it while camera is on and it seems like it is not working at all). Is there a fix to this or does this mean the camera is broken for good?
Would anyone happen to know how to resolve this? I tried restarting my phone, resetting the camera settings and it still doesn't seem to work...
