my p20 lite just died today lol had this phone for 2 years tho i guess 2 years is really the lifespan for smartphones nowadays. the only problem i had with p20 is that it gets slower and slower. battery life isnt good anymore when it gets past 1 yr old. apps dont run smooth too. phone will tell you it's the memory but i once deleted all my photos and other apps but the phone is still slow lol i wouldnt get this phone again. not worth for the price

My P20 Lite is about 2 months old but is now heating up and switching off by itself. It doesn't turn on until it has cooled down how can i fix this?

It's still under warranty?
Go as soon as possible. The screen must be changed.
P. S this doesn't means that they will fix pernamently.. As i said this happened to me twice till now.. If it is for three times they will give you a new phone or they will give you money back (same amount which you bought the phone first day).

Solohymovich , 22 Aug 2020My P20lite is not connecting to 4G This happened after latest update? Try to do factory reset, if this doesn't helps connect your phone to your computer download official software program from huawei, later when it's already finished there you can found option to restore p20 lite to previous software version. Just follow up instructions of the program.. Is not that much difficult.

P20 Lite is charged through the original charger with 15W for first 40% (aprox. 1h from 0%), and the rest of the time with only 8.5W, one complete charge from 0% to 100% lasts longer than 2h

The 4 GB app is useless because EMUI is very aggressive in killing background apps. Feels like a 1 GB phone. What's the point of having 4 GB RAM if you won't keep apps in memory anyway?

The Worst Ever Phone
At least for a gamer like me I'm completely suffering from the weakness of the kirin 659 BASIC chipset and not to mention the small 3000mAh battery combined with a 16 nanometer processor architecture which will give you both poor performace and battery draining also the aluminum frame is so weak that it left white dots after I removed the cover from the phone the cameras are acceptable but the screen is very bad its an lcd but really it has very poor viewing angles and the colors feel dull and all of that by 250$ worst deal.

Try it on different bluetooth boxes, if the problem is on all the boxes then you can assume there is something wrong with the phone or software. Otherwise it's probably a problem on your bluetooth box.

After using it for 2 years, I still find this phone pretty good without much slow down unlike the Samsung phones of this price range. Sensors are still fast, camera is good. Haven't tried much games on this phone so not sure from that aspect. Overall I liked this product.
