I bought my p20 pro day 1 they released it. and I can say that my p20 pro never hang or break even if I drop it many times , I got few scratches on the side but still everything in it is fine .this is one of the best Huawei phone that's been released. ...

well guys, this phone sure give me a lot of good memories.. but, after 2 years of usage i notice that, my phone were no longer works as smooth as before, even the screen already shows a lil bit of burned mark.. sometimes, it hangs or what do you called it? laggy? yup i experienced that. even now im typing it lags 🤣, but to be honest it still work and usable for daily use.. but, i hate it sometime when i in a hurry to receive a called and it hangs, no touch response lol. the battery no comment. still rock on

Almost everything is better on p20 pro.
You will be fine even with 6 gb of ram.

I've contacted Huawei about future security updates for the p20 pro but they where very unhelpful. Asking lots of questions about my device build number, serial number, who my coverage was with and then said they didn't know. I'm getting feed up with huawei tbh love the phone and the camera but don't feel safe using it in public with a four month old security update its not good...

I have CLT -L04 model (Canadian version-Fido)
I got a new update to Android 10, EMUI 10.
Pros:
not too much benefits, just cosmetic makeover
Battery lasting just a little bit longer than before.
Cons:
Some functions on the phone are slower.
SMS very slow when opening to see incoming messages.
Settings' functions also are slow.
Notifications light stop working for some apps.
Wifi is slower than with the previous version of android and email.
Wifi works fine with another 2 Samsung phones.
Camera:
Lots of noise on the picture (before no issue at all).
I am not sure but looks like OIS is down.
Night mode pictures are lots of time blurry.
The night mode got two new functions ISO and shutter speed. (auto or manual adjustment).
Photo mode Master AI on or off no differences.
The new zoom level (1-10) in photo mode is useless.
Before the update zoom level was ok.

nice phone, but wifi seems limited to 200Mbit as I have devices with higher speed on the same network.
also it kills apps, even if I set exceptions - like GPS cam apps in the background.
