What I do is to use a third part launcher to avoid that swipe down nonsense. There are many which you can choose, I chose the poco launcher.

    How do I remove the unbelievably annoying "AI Search" when I swipe down? I want Notifications not search phone. My thumb is not that of an orangutan. I'm not a coder so don't want to use SSH. Thanks.

      I like my P30 but... How do I get rid of the unbelievably annoying "AI Search" when I swipe down? My thumb doesn't reach the top of the display - no-one's would unless you're an orangutan. I want to access notifications not search the phone. I'm not a coder so don't want to SSH in and paste unknown commands to remove it.

          Almost 2 years, first phone that i used more than 1 and half year. It is working as it should no complications at all. I do no play games but i use hard with browsing and calls and Telegram. Every one in familie mocking me that i have a Chinese spy in my hands. All my family is iPhones users. I say to them ishit. I am not a fan of Apple neither phone nor pc. My P30 is top notch as it is serving me well. I hope no spies.. But can you trust Chinese or China.. No seee.

                Looks like EMUI 12 with Android 11 is on the way for global handsets :)

                  I have this phone for almost 2 years, I have an upgrade but I'm afraid that no other phone (that I can afford) will satisfy me the way this phone does. I love everything about it, the hardware, speed, even the size. I'm not really into cameras so I can't really speak on it

                      I concur with a lot of the positive reviews. I've owned my P30 and it's still going strong. The battery holds up, still has smooth performance...all in all, at the price I bought it for, I got a really great phone. I've even dropped it a few times, unintentionally, and still nothing wrong with the devices (of course I had a phone cover on). Great tech. by Huawei

                            Only downside is Camera...
                            Otherwise still this phone is beast..
                            Battery and performance overall best..

                            Only dissappointed with camera while indoor click it color changes to grey... Gcam not working if any body have any other option for camera please reply...

                                        One year review.. It is the first android phone that was not sent for repairs before one year mark. By far is one of the greatest.. But still it got a bit too warm sometimes when is charging.. Otherwise no flaws.
                                        The only cons should be the fact that from many bands, all of them are not working properly except huawei bands, i have 5 and watch fit. Good luck!
