Should I buy this phone or mate 20 lite for better camera? This one has more mp but I saw someone people saying the camera isn’t that good.

And you should also watch the YouTube video on waterproof test of Matthew Moniz , which shows iPhone died so easily. And it proves that only American and Korean products are of quality is stupid claim. A product can fail , regardless of brand and country. I owned 3-4 Huawei flagships, they proved to be as well made as any galaxy and iPhone.
And P30 Pro is still the Photography champion over S10+ . As its so versatile. Any test doesn't make any conclusions that in day light P30 Pro a loser to S10+ . There are options for colour schemes you like . Battery is also the best selling point of P30 Pro.
So, dont try to enforce your own subjective preferences as must follow purchase decision steps for others.

But for those poor mate 20 pro buyers, some of them faced some manufacturing issues which is totally unacceptable on that price range...

battery life too bad at this price, other specs do impress me alot but at the price($30) can't buy it,

Even photo comparison shows that the s10 hv better daylight photos ( but rip night shots ) than the p30 pro. The video recording on the p30 pro also hv bad bit rate and terrible colour science (can't even match mi 9!)...IMO Chinese phone manufacturers still can't match the quality and reliability of American and Korean phones (still rip galaxy fold)...
