Had P30 Pro for 4 days now, no regrets, this mobile is just wauuuu, battery life wau, design wauu, user frendly wau, camera wauu wauuu, I went from iphone 8 to huawei and I have no regrets at all , the phone is just wauuuu :D

In terms of pricing, the middle east pricing is out.
The p30 pro starts with a 8gb and 256gb version (no 128gb) with a price of 933USD. The Samsung starts with a 8gb 128gb version for 988USD. Huawei having a gradual increase of 25$ in price with every flagship release.

Most of the world gets the Exynos version of Samsung S10+. The Exynos GPU has followed Kirin in reducing the number of cores such that the latest has only 12 cores unlike 20 cores last year.
So two aspects one can derive. The Exynos is only slightly better than Kirin because Kirin uses 10 GPU cores whereas Exynos uses 12. And this will have negative impact on Exynos battery life.
As the exynos can take 4k@60fps, Kirin 980 has the raw power to do 4k @60fps as well unlike the popular opinion that it is all about the weak GPU of kirin. But Huawei has limited it either because they think it is a gimmick or because they weren't able to develop a neat software experience for 4k@60fps.

mktekno, 01 Apr 2019Is this worth the upgrade from a Mate 10 Pro ?The only reason to upgrade would be the Camera, so I dont think so.... For a slightly better Camera it is not worth the upgrade (costs too much).
P30 is a game changer, YES but still Mate 10 Pro gives u amazing shots. Also a negative for me personally is the In Display Fingerprint Scanner. Coz the tech is not mature and I find the back scanner more convenient.
