Yeah, i'm on the side that hates it stock UI lol. No worries, by using Lawnchair V2, customized Sony Xperia 1 theme that i made myself for EMUI 9, makes me more satisfied on its looks & user experience.

      I can easly say that P30 Pro and Galaxy S10+ are currently the best smartphones on the market. Now we just have to wait to see how Xperia 1 turns out.

        I have been a Samsung fan for years but the speed of Huawei's flagships have inspired more than I thought I would be. There was a point in time I didn't want to accept Huawei but I have had a changed of heart after seeing continuous speed performance on a particular Huawei flagship smartphone after more than a year of daily use.

        As another person in another Huawei forum right here on GSMArena said, Huawei smartphones born fast and stays fast.

People want to be praised, they cant life with the idea that someone else knows better or has better stuff, so they praise there own stuff and bash others. It sometimes even happens that hey change there brand after years and start bashing the brand they used for years. It's shows the state people are in, The number of people acting like that is really worrying. Hell, it might even have a name in psychology ... disorder or something like that :D

            EMUI UI is not beautiful look when compared with other UI, but the performance and the smoothness are among the top of the UI.

It doesn't look premium, but otherwise its almost the same as other brands, but I like the way you can adjust theme's if you want you can make It look like a Samsung or Oneplus or a custom theme

Maybe that's just me, but I'm not particularly a fan of that. Then there's Huaweis own apps, though again, it's not like they're the only one.

Why would you want to have a 4k screen on a friggin smartphone. i bet 9/10 people even dont have a 4K TV let alone a phone. I have a Sammy S8 and it has 1440p screen and even that is not 4k. Guess what. Im using Full HD screen resolution. Sammy has small batteries. Before S8 i had Huawei P8 for 3 years and i must admit i like Huawei better than Sammy. And i had Sammies from 2008 to 2016

Samsung finally stepped up with their UI, finally fixing that God awful slowdown, and Oppo and Vivo also changed their UI a bit. I guess I was just expecting more, but it's hard not to when we're talking about a company as great as Huawei

Dornez, 27 Mar 2019If anything, their software in general is the only thing ho... moreI am not talking about the deisgn of the Software you might not like the looks of EMUI, but its very stable and doesn't slow down after a while like others. The P10 still works like a beast after 2 years. With Samsung I had to reset the phone after a while because of the lags. Huawei has a great RAM management and great reading speeds.

                                    EMUI doesn't have the best design but I always use NOVA launcher anyway
