Using this beast for over 8 months now & the pleasure of using it is simply awesome, it's still as good as new & the cameras & battery life both are solid

ZDT, 22 Sep 2020Is it still a good buy for next year?Depends on the price.i dont know if its gonna receive software updates after two years but im sure it's gonna be supported for at least 2 more years.
Software /Hardware wise there is nothing to complain about. Still extremely fast with zero issues and great battery life. The camera is still one of the best.
All in all i think you'll not gonna regret buying it.
But again, only if the price is right.

P30 pro is still one of best smart phone out there. Currently I'm using P30 pro and Samsung note10. But I feel P30 pro is way better than my note10. Note 10 only better got speaker than P30 pro. That's all.

Is it safe to buy this phone? Is there any chance for losing the Google service because of the sanctions? I found an almost brand new one for really cheap, but I'm affraid to buy it.

The battery on my Huawei P9 needed replacing, a simple task.
I called on Huawei to get the job done as the phone was otherwise working perfectly.
They arranged for their repair centre (also known as SBE Ltd of Ashford) to collect the phone and do this simple repair.
I turned it on when it came back after the repair and immediately got a temperature warning so I contacted Huawei customer hotline immediately.
They told me that they would arrange for the phone to go back to their repair centre.
Then lockdown happened & I heard nothing.
I reminded Huawei of this when the country restarted & eventually they arranged for it to go back to SBE which took a while because of Covid-19 issues.
It was delivered to SBE 2 weeks ago & today I received it back with a note to say that there was now a main board fault.
It did not have this when it went for it’s original repair so it has been damaged whilst in the care of Huawei’s repair centre (SBE Ltd).
They have refused to repair it or supply a replacement phone or even refund the money that I paid them for the battery.
When I spoke to Mike at Huawei customer line & he had refused on behalf of Huawei to properly help I told him I would leave this feedback on every possible site, his only comment was “THAT’S FINE”.
These people care about their customers about as much as their Chinese owners care about their population – do not trust them or buy from them & if you do then do not ask Huawei or SBE to repair it if it goes wrong.
If either company do the proper thing and take responsibility for this then I will amend this accordingly.

Having this phone is a great feeling itself! From a Samsung user & fan I finally switched to Huawei and it's the best decision I made. I've the P30 Pro & Huawei Mediapad T5 both the devices are amazing, I really like the "Huawei share" feature it helps to transfer files from either of them in a blaze also the Huawei "video player" is really great to use. There's a lot to explore in Huawei gadgets love them!!

Amazing design. Camera is great, night mode is awesome. Long battery is best thing on this smartphone.
