How fast does the P30 Pro charge with screen on?
According to Wikipedia, Samsung phones significantly throttle charging speed during screen on. Does the P30 pro do that or not?

I don't know much about newer ones (X, 11), but older ones are generally unworthy of mentioning as a reference, since they generally lagged for about 3-4 years with implementing certain features compared with top line Androids.

Things you've mentioned only occur on cheap replicas.

The s20 and LG thinQ have things that are actually way better than the iPhone. It depends on what is important to you/what you really use it for. For example: Expandable memory is something Apple would prefer nobody knows about.

Hi, 12 Jul 2020Does this phone have any sort of big lag or anything??Choppy scrolling through most web pages (Chrome), freezing in chrome every 10-15 minutes (opening and closing app grid solves the problem), and occasionally completely freezing for 1-2 minutes.
Oh yeah, and about half to full second camera trigger latency more often than not.

7 months into using this phone, I regret every cent spent on it. At this point, it underperforms compared to my GFs beaten S9. Badly.

1 year with my Huawei P30 pro buddy.
I've had top range phones at each step for the last 10/15 years.
After one year with P30pro, coming from an iPhone 7 I can only say that words, revisions, opinions... I can only say that it's the best camera on a phone I've seen around. Battery lasts longer than most among others.
You have a piece of art.
It's a beast. GPS runs fast, so do all type of connections. For example: Bluetooth goes faster with some devices or whatever.
NFC technology is flawless. I hear nowadays, one year later, how people in stores surprises about the range, capabilities and super fast use of near field... It's a beauty, but is a beast.
I bought it and payed for a full coverage protection. The first day I had the phone switched on went to the beach. When I got into the car, my P30pro slipped out of my pocket while I closed the door of the car with my cellphone exactly in the middle.
Of course it had to go to service.
But after that heavy impact, the phone was working and the screen split onto two parts,being the lower one, the more damaged.
But it continued working!

Amazing camera in all conditions...
I bought it on purpose because of the Leica. I was expecting a girl to be born and I knew I was going to take millions of pictures, and although I have a good Canon SLR camera... The phone was the main, memories maker.
Absolutely perfect.
Job done!

Sam, 04 Jul 2020The P30 pro lags on and on since I have updated it to emui1... moreNever had any issue related to lag as mentioned. Been using mine closed to a year now and the phone still runs smoothly. I recommend u do a factory reset.
