Anonymous, 15 Jun 2019Seems you forget about 808 pureview lossless zoom! Nokia 808 loseless zoom only comparable to older P20 Pro 3x optical. Even on that, P20 Pro got the most better image overall.

S4 zoom got the real 10x optical sensor, but the overall image quality were just average, compare to todays standard.
And smartphone are about pocketable device, which those two are not. Hence the periscope camera created. Plus, no one would buy those two phone nowadays just for the camera & sacrificing everything else.

Anonymous, 13 Jun 2019You should throw it away and buy S10 plus its zoom is perfectIs this a joke? S10 optical zoom only at 2x. P30 Pro periscope camera optical is 5x & 10x hybrid, which far far better.
That guy use max 50x zoom which is digitalized, of course it looks bad, at that level it wasnt for quality, but just for things normal eyes cant see. At least it provides up until 50x, where others dont.
