1. No 3.5mm headphone jack
2. Stupid NM card (expensive, hard to get, limited to 256GB)
3. Only 128GB/256GB models (for a top end camera phone!)
4. No 8K video
5. One generation old chipset
6. No way to get Google services, even if you wanted
7. Gonna be expensive
= Fail.
Huawei is officially killed in the non-China mobile market by US sanctions.
This will be the last hurrah, and then Honor will be pumping out mid-priced and cheaper phones with MediaTek chipset.

I remember looking at the live stream and realizing something VERY familiar and also very confusing.
Huawei gave us a teaser of the P50 Pro. But perhaps it was the normal P50. We don't know yet. However, I remember seeing a periscope lens and shockingly small cameras on the upper ring. Also, the text on the phone shows Leica, which cements that the camera will be astonishing. How astonishing, we don't know yet.
What I did see was the focal lengths: 18-125mm. That means that the phone DEFINITELY wasn't the P50 Pro Plus. But this could be the time of the year when the 5x optical zoom arrived on the standard P50. I would love to see that, with the P50 Pro getting the 10x zoom, and the P50 Pro Plus getting something stronger.
But what makes me kinda sad is how Huawei didn't keep talking about the phone. This is openly a testament to how they didn't want to unveil the phone properly yet. At this point, they are already 2 months late, and now they still aren't properly unveiling it.

After watching that launch, I'm very interested of having one.
Please update when the Series P50 will be out in the market?
I would like be the firs one to hold this pnone in Singapore hehehehhe.

I know that lack of G00gle is an inconvenience to many users.
But most of apps that depends on g00gle aren't privacy friendly so it may be a good idea trying to get used of stuff without g00gle.

It can't run all android apps the Google play store has over 2x the amount off apps as Apple store and harmony is has less than Apple store

The P50 DOES NOT RELEASE WITH ANDROID
It is the first phone that releases with the "Android Killer" Harmony os an os that is projected to have more than 300 000 000 users in first 6 months(releases june 2021)! It can run ALL android apps including play store! It is faster than android ! It is less stressful on battery! And phones that have been tested o it benchmarked better (including Samsung Galaxy!)

We DON'T need more unless your screen quality is not very good. My V60 is sharper than the S9 I had at a higher resolution, weird enough.

And what's the problem for you with it not having a 3.5mm jack? Unless you really need top quality audio/are an audiophile, I don't see why you're upset about it.
