Honor 6 Plus vs P8: Who wins the battle for you?

After much deliberation over these 2 smartphones - I have just placed an order for the Honor 6 Plus.
*Note: The option of dual sim was a MUST in this instance.

Granted the P8 is slimmer, constructed of all metal, lighter, and with an arguably advanced camera, I found that the extra USD $275 (only 64GB version of dual sim P8 currently available) did not justify the differences.

Also, battery life is very important to me and with its 20% larger battery, I expect to enjoy much greater usage when compared to the P8.

Granted, had Huawei did the wise and brave thing and supplied the EU, UK, and USA markets with the dual sim version of the P8 in stores it would have been the opposite outcome.

In fact, I am sure Huawei would have cleaned up in the EU and UK if the P8 was supplied as a dual sim phone.

Get your sh!t together Huawei! (Good phones tho.)

I have a bunch of sd cards, Samsung lost me as a customer as soon as they took away the sd slot on the s6 edge, now the price difference between 32gb and 64gb is just about $100 and I can only imagine the cost of the 128mb. Also that means with hd video and other personal things once u use up memory u have to transfer to a computer or cloud. U cant just swap out a sd card. Copying files using a sd card from phone to computer is also much faster. I will buy huawei P8 I hate Samsung apple trying to take away options and lock people in.

E.g. One device to serve the purposes of business and personal telecommunication.

I understand that for some folks dual sim is a non-issue - but for many others, it is an absolute must ... myself included.

It appears that the entire EU and UK markets will be limited to the single sim version of the P8.

Very disappointing results by Huawei. Apparently yet another under-the-radar company supported and made popular by raw and enthusiastic tech fans that only turns around to spit in their face when they "make it big".

Oh well ...

I had this phone in my hands today, it's nice, but it bothers me the small battery pack on it and the speaker is mono and this phones is disgusting with mono speakers, so i'll wait for p8max if there is stereo speakers on it, otherwise i'll keep my note2 still better than anyone out there jet!
