            Dan, 17 Jul 2018If its not available through OTA then its not available in ... moreEveryone will get it. It's sent by random IMEI numbers so it may take a while to get it though OTA. I have 2 phones and they took it at different time. The one got it on 2 July and the other one on 9 July.

                          Been, 16 Jul 2018I have c185b220 too. And Oreo rom is available for our regi... moreIf its not available through OTA then its not available in your region. I also checked through HiSuite on my pc and still haven't received the update. Hoping it comes sooner.

Do not confuse it with the split screen, they are 2 different things. The PiP is available on Android Oreo only, the split screen is available on Nougat.

                              Got update b363, on c432 device, PIP works (although it seemed to work with emui 5.0.3 either), font change works, new fonts could be added with 3d-party apps, app shortcuts works too.
