Seems that it has already started because I received the update in Greece. The update come based on your IMEI. It will arrive soon. I have 2 phones. One is from Vodafone Greece (PRA-LX1C02) and one from a retail store (PRA-LX1C432). The update came to the Vodafone variant, I'm still waiting on the other one.

UK EE owned two Huawei phones, Huawei P8 Lite (2017) lastest,never received a single OTA update for either phone.
Going Nokia for my next phone.

Great news! I just got the official stable Oreo update on my PRA-LX1 (P9 lite 2017) in Greece. It is from Vodafone GR.

When Nokia phones are planned to get Android p in August . Honor phones haven't received the Oreo yet
