If it doesnt then the steps are (Hard reset will delete EVERYTHING from your phone, back up your data first) go to settings - advanced settings - back up and reset - factory data reset - RESET PHONE.

            my phone is 2 month old, i have a problem with battery it runs out so fast i have to charge everyday. at night if i put it with 60% i will wake up at 40% bt i was nt using it the whole night.

                            AnonD-679948, 15 Oct 2017First of all its EMUI not MIUI(Xiaomi) :P and secondly u ca... moresettings -> apps -> choose application to transfer - sadly there is no option to move to sd card. ill try other steps, was hoping I could do it on file manager instead. :/ but im quiet afraid of transferring files to sd card manually over file manager, I might just lose data with some certain app.

                                I though Model number is where are you country from. Due to change on country the release date of update is the only thing different at all

                                        I bought my mother one the other day and helped her set it up let me also say im a note 8 user myself i was very impressed with the performance of this device and the selfie cam seems to be better than on my note 8 if u on a tight budget i would highly recomend this phone
