My P8lite fell on the floor screen facing down, nothing happened to the screen but whenever I'm on the phone I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. The only way they can is if I put it on speaker. What can I do to fix this problem?

When writing fast... morenone so far, no one knows where the problem lies, is it a software issue or a hardware one no one knows for sure, some uses a screen protector, others change the keyboard app, i for one use a screen protector that does not make the issue go away but it helps a bit.
