I have p8 lite I have used samsung galaxy j5 also p8 lite is much much better thn j5 I m not huawei fan I always used samsung mobiles s2plus s3 and j5 the battery timings of j5 is slightly better thn p8 lite but looks wise and overall performance wise p8 lite way much better thn j5 p8 lite camera is excellent and j5 camera is very poor its like 5 megapixel and I have p8 lite in gold color it looks very premium and 4g LTE runs superb on my p8 lite and it takes just 2 hours to get fully charged but j5 takes 3 hours to get fully charged and j5 is just plastic shape typical samsung device and I want to say one thing I always preferred Samsung mobiles but this I chose Huawei p8 lite it is not that much lite in reality it is much better and great phone than all other phones available in the market my bro hv mate 7 he said if this mobile was available wen he bought mate 7 he would hv preferred p8 lite

The P8 is infinitely better than the J% and, as the J% comes from a "well known brand" it is too expensive for the quality it delivers.

Phone is good.Nice movement.Battery is ok.almost one day for normal use.I recomand this phone.Speed it's ok.Dosn;t block.You can compare it to iphone 5 for speed.photos are very very good.

The sensibility of reception is much lower than, for instance, Lumia 640. Here, at home, I don't have any level with P8 lite, but I have 2/5 or 3/5 with Lumia 640. I live in campain, far from towns, and the level of GSM signals is very small.

My brother is using p8 lite. He keeps on complaining that sometime he Cant receive any text messages?? And even there is signal he has difficulty in sending txt messages.

It's more than enough for normal user and Stand-by Time is very very good . i had mine 5-6% drops in 24 hours on 2g network .... im Very Satisfied

I've been using my own p8 lite for almost a month now. I'm very impressed with its performance. If I were you, I will choose p8 lite than the j5. It's one of my choice before but I've picked the p8 lite 'cause it has a great quality of cam and all. Well, j5 is also a great choice but samsung us too mainstream already and p8 lite has higher specs than j5. In terms. of the battery life, I agree that it has a limited battery life. Well, you can't have everything in one phone. All of the. phones have their pros and cons. Battery life was also my concern but I've bought a power bank to support my phone. As simple as that.
