All i can do is send a whatsapp msg but can't even download an image from whatsapp.. Vodacom is willing to do a factory reset at R40 p/15min and they recon it will take about an hour. Alternatively I am told by them to send it in, at no cost. I doubt a reset is good enough. Does huawei charge you for a new motherboard when you take it there?

        No wonder why huawei won't update this phone to 7.0 they know that they've sold defective phones especially WiFi issue this company is disgraceful can't wait until I get another phone certainly not a huawei one.

                    Anonymous, 17 Feb 2017Are you serious?I been using my phone for a year now. No problems with Bluetooth Via Bluetooth Speaker, Watch, Windows 10 Laptop or cellphones. I have also updated my phone to Marshmallow and it's working even better then ever. My phone is faster especially response to apps. So I believe strongly that Huawei Phones are excellent phones. If you Abuse the phone, it will give you problems. Don't download unnecessary apps that will slow down your phone and download at least an Antivirus like Avast on the phone to keep viruses out of your phone. Do regular updates on your apps on playstore to ensure optimal performance on your phone. This phone is still in my opinion the best phone I've ever used

                                  Phone is excellent other than the Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is very poor and always says "Denied access to network" or Network access denied". Better not to buy this P8 Lite.

The solution is to take the phone to Huawei Service Center, change motherboard.

                                      Brilliant phone for the price tag. Only downfall is the slow wifi speed and lack of gyroscope sensor.
