I have just acquired Huawei ALE-L21 and using it on 4G network with 4G capable SIM, but it only registers 3G. Kindly help on how to resolve this matter.

For those of you who say the wifi problem is a motherboard issue are wrong I've upgraded Android 6.0 2 month ago emui 4.1 nothing wrong have you guys tried oidin to reinstall the software.

I have the Ale-L23 version and I cannot update past 5.0.1, which is very disappointing. It will not even update to EMUI 4.0.
