AnonD-442589, 19 Sep 2015I have this phone, and IT HAS NO NFC. It's sad but true.The lack of NFC is a reason that prevents the P8 Max and OnePlus2 from being real flagships. NFC is back on the Huawei Mate S and even the mid-range Honor7i.

I got mine from Wonda Mobile about 2 months ago and a dotted book-flip leather sleeve was included in its big and heavy plastic box. The whole box was DESIGNED to store the phone plus a sleeve cover. The phone is the Chinese version but unlocked and had Google Play installed. It works with the 4G of EE in the UK perfectly.

Was just travelling in Croatia and P8max served perfectly as a camera, music box, Email and net surfboard, etc... And the battery life is extraordinary!!

It's a great phone and I love it. It's the first time I don't have to choose between travelling with one or two devices (or more) and which one. I read a lot and ebooks and newspapers are OK on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, but magazines and comic books look much better on my Galaxy Tab 7. Also, I usually need a second smartphone to use a local SIM card. With my new Huawei P8 Max, it's all there : dual SIM card and extra large screen. I'll be honest, I have a better screen on my Galaxy Note and overall it is better device than my P8 Max, but guess what, I have more fun using the P8 Max. It's as close as it gets to iOS on Android, it makes great pictures, watching videos or television and reading is a treat and I don't need a tablet anymore, even professionally. About its size, men tend to think they look ridiculous with such a big boy while making calls, but they should look at girls' face while they do, all they will see is smiles and envy. The P8 Max is my favourite smartphone so far and I've had many of them, from iPhones to Galaxy Notes, and I highly recommend it.

1. Up to date model.
2. Night shoot superb.
3. Lolipop version is a bit more intelligent.
4. Text size just perfect when browse facebook, not like Mate 7, a bit weird, too big, wasted screen space.
5. No minor lag especially turn from vertical to horizontal.
6. No issue to enlarge photo when viewing photo.
7. Have voice wake up screen.
8. Have 2 window function.
9. Screen size is perfect maximum that still can hold nicely in hand.
10. Will not auto play music by itself when using given smart case.
11. Looks so outstanding and attract others eye ball.

The retail price here in nothern europe is pretty high and since it doesnt come to Denmark, it useally only import-alternatives.
The hands-on approach indicates an retail price at 649 for the 64gb version ..

sofare it seems to be around 550dollars shipped from somewhere in Chinaland that seems to be amongst the most attractive, if you dont wanne take an chance on some doubtfull seller on AliExpress without merits.
