Interestingly it has almost the same(very close) physical dimensions n wt as the Z Ultra, its a pity its not a true dual sim! (MicroSD, up to 64 GB -uses SIM 2 slot). Surprising they could not get space for another nano sim slot on such a massive unit!

Should be a June 26 release, but where it will be released i suppose we shall find out on the day. $610 is the price which is quite a bit for this phone so I shall keep to my 6.44" Sony Z Ultra.
