can anyone kindly explain why is it that whenever I input the IEMI of my P9 in any IEMI checking site, the phone comes out as Huawei Y530, but if I input the same number in Huawei's site, the phone comes out as P9 (much to my relief), but IEMI checking sites always says that most likely your phone is fake if it does not match the phone that you're checking up on, thank you very much for any replies

Ok final talks bout nougat i read a forum on this on xda like it was the exact same issue which m havin ,so suggested pc method with hauwei updater ,so yea tht guy gt successful so lets c hopefully all will b fine

So i chkd mayb it was a mistake updating to b220 instead of b210 ok leve tht so till nw i was tryin to update a firmware tht is older than my current firmware like b361 was released bfr b220 ,b361 is nxt update fr b210 ,so der is another b361 tht is nt nougat bt a optimization update so i tght i shud flash it nxt bt software failed instead ,i m like completly clue less and the above is all in my opinion about tht firmware old new thing ,hmm pls share ur experience

Ok nw at b220 ,tried both b385 and b361 ,b385 said software failed something bout package... And b361 said http://www.emui.com/ emotiondownload.php?mod=restore yyyyy wat nw ,no nougat fr me thn ,huawei wont let the update release and i cant even update it myself ....keeps getting bttr

Ok sooo i updated to 4.1.2 b220 woah tht was some risk i tuk hu knws wat bad can happen sometime gt it thru and now next b385 i guess ,cud anyone tell me wats update_data_hw_full for ,and is it really necessary to flash it too ,coz I don't think so it is chkin it out only gt some wallpapers and pre installed apps,thnx in advance

AnonD-541460, 04 Apr 2017I tried the b361 and b385 firmware and both failed manually... moreYou can download the right firmware from here: http://hwmt.ru/oth/HWFF/info/view.php I suggest you go from 4.1 to 4.1.1 (B135...D007) and then 4.1.1 to 5 (B360, full not OTA!). You can try newer versions aftewards (B380), but I didn't do it.

Can anybody help me about themes ,because I can't find any theme option like category, favorites mine etc only local themes.
my phone model is eva-l09 search a lot but couldn't find any solution ...if anyone who know the solution plz help me... I don't want to sideload the themes just want my theme store

Dudes, I think anyone that doesn't receive OTA Nougat update can do the manual update using Huawei Updater. I did that yesterday and now I'm with Nougat on my C605. It's easy.

My second P9 and I have a new issue, when playing any sound (câmera, vídeo, even câmera), a loud noise sound starts, then stops, until second after starts again. it seems hardware.
anybody has experienced that?

AnonD-658330, 02 Apr 2017O want to buy a phone and am really trying to find out if H... moreI would prefer the p9 if ur nt getin ur next mobile very soon ,coz u have to c the longetivity many have said at almst 6 mnths or so s7 gets slw,battery goes dwn quick and camera is slower,its up to u ,p9 is nt a headache i myself m usin since October2016 still snappy goin gud and think bout no one cares to take a pic in place wer der is no light at all so ya i wud still recommend it over p9 u wont regret

huawei p9 drawbacks
camera isn't good in low light.
no multitasking but they promised to give in nougat update but nobody knows when they are rolling out.
No themes support just local themes or u can sideload but it's a real headache.

I am trying to find a good Android phone and am thinking between Huawei P9 or Samsung Galaxy S7, do you think that the P9 is up to the S7 quality?
